Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of CCSub's AI API relay platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use CCSub to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

1.1 NSFW & Sexual Content

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (real or AI-generated)
  • Sexual content involving minors in any form
  • Content that sexualizes individuals without their consent

1.2 Violence & Harm

  • Graphic violence, gore, or torture
  • Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide
  • Content that threatens or incites violence against individuals or groups
  • Animal cruelty or abuse

1.3 Deception & Fraud

  • Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or mislead
  • Impersonation of real individuals without their explicit consent
  • Fake news, disinformation, or misleading content presented as factual
  • Phishing, scam, or fraud-related content
  • Manipulated media intended to interfere with elections or democratic processes

1.4 Hate & Discrimination

  • Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Extremist or terrorist content
  • Content that promotes or glorifies hate groups or ideologies

1.5 Illegal Activities

  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
  • Drug manufacturing or trafficking instructions
  • Weapons manufacturing instructions
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content that violates export controls or sanctions

1.6 Privacy Violations

  • Content that violates any individual's privacy rights
  • Unauthorized use of personal information, likeness, or biometric data
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent

2. Content Moderation

CCSub employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. Our moderation measures include:

  • Prompt filtering: AI-powered analysis of text prompts to detect prohibited content requests before generation begins
  • Output review: Automated scanning of generated content for policy violations
  • User reporting: Mechanisms for users to report content that violates this policy
  • Manual review: Human review of flagged content and reported violations

3. Platform Abuse

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Attempting to circumvent content moderation or safety systems
  • Using automated tools to generate content at scale in violation of this policy
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
  • Reselling or redistributing platform access without authorization
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting our AI models or systems
  • Using the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

4. AI-Generated Content Responsibilities

When using CCSub to access API services, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Clearly disclosing the AI-generated nature of content where required by law or platform policies (e.g., EU AI Act Article 50)
  • Obtaining necessary rights and permissions for any input content (images, text, references)
  • Not using generated content to deceive, mislead, or harm others
  • Complying with the terms of service of any platform where you publish generated content

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Warning: A notice to cease the violating behavior
  • Content removal: Deletion of content that violates this policy
  • Account suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access
  • Account termination: Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Legal action: Reporting to law enforcement or pursuing legal remedies where appropriate

We reserve the right to take enforcement action without prior notice in cases of severe violations or where we believe there is an imminent risk of harm.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content on our platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it to abuse@ccsub.net. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
