Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CCSub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CCSub reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
CCSub is an AI API relay platform that allows users to access AI API services through third-party artificial intelligence models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase or receive credits to use API services.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
4. AI-Generated Content
All content created through CCSub is generated by third-party AI models. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No copyright guarantee: AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in certain jurisdictions. The U.S. Copyright Office has indicated that purely AI-generated works may lack sufficient human authorship for copyright registration. CCSub makes no representations regarding copyright ownership of generated content.
- Content labeling: All generated content is labeled as AI-generated content in compliance with applicable regulations, including the EU AI Act. You agree not to remove or alter AI-generated content labels or metadata where required by law.
- No guaranteed output: AI generation results may vary. CCSub does not guarantee that outputs will match your expectations, be free from artifacts, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use generated content, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
For more details, please review our AI Transparency & Content Disclosure page.
5. Use License
Subject to your subscription plan and these Terms, CCSub grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use content generated through the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of copyright or intellectual property ownership. Free-tier users are limited to personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system:
- Credit consumption: Each API request consumes credits based on the AI model selected and usage parameters. Credit costs are displayed before requests are submitted.
- Credit freeze: Credits are frozen (reserved) when a generation task is submitted. Upon successful completion, frozen credits are settled (consumed). If generation fails, frozen credits are released back to your account.
- Expiration: Purchased credit packages may have expiration dates. Credits are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, with the earliest-expiring credits used first. Expired credits are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at CCSub's sole discretion in cases of verified platform errors that resulted in credit loss. Subscription refunds are handled according to the applicable payment provider's policies.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that depicts or promotes violence, child exploitation, terrorism, or hate speech
- Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent
- Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
- Produce content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CCSub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CCSub, its officers, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
